Giffard Abricot du Roussillon Apricot Liqueur

Liqueur made with the slow maceration of apricots from Roussillon. Golden yellow liqueur with orange hues. On the nose a sweetness of apricot, slight vegetal hint, sweet spices (vanilla) and caramel on the finish. The taste is very round and smooth, reminiscent of caramelized apricot compote.
