Intense golden yellow. Aroma is highly complex, fruity, with notes of dried and candied apricot and orange peel; floral notes of yellow flowers. Taste is complex, sweet, soft, opulent, with a fruity aftertaste, persistently candied fruit.
Pairs well with biscuits, all Tuscan desserts, blue cheeses, and even liver pâté.
