Historical documents demonstrate that Cascina Preziosa’s roots as a founding wine estate in Castellengo date back to the times of Napoleon. Owner Gianni Selva Bonino and Consultant Cristiano Garella have meticulously restored the estate vineyards to their former glory of the early 1900s. Gianni observes organic practices across all 3 hectares and manages his picturesque holdings of Nebbiolo and Vespolina with the utmost attention to detail.

Nebbiolo 85%, Barbera 15% from a one-hectare vineyard on the hills of Castellengo. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeast and sees a maceration of 22 days before it is aged in 1,500-liter barrel or 12 months and in bottle for six months before release.
