The 2020 Puligny-Montrachet La Garenne ler Cru has a fresh and vibrant bouquet, a clear step up from the Village Cru, with fresh lemon verbena, lime and crushed stone aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with a fine bead of acidity, nicely integrated oak though it is quite vocal on the finish, so afford this 4-5 years in bottle.

A focused white highlighted by apple, pear and stone aromas and flavors. On the lean side, with lemon and spice notes lingering on the finish. Best from 2025 through 2031.
