On the nose, this wine offers a range of aromas such as apricot, acacia, hawthorn and a freshness that makes it very attractive in its youth. On the palate, it develops lovely roundness and pleasant richness where the sinewy tension and minerality typical of this appellation are well integrated. In its youth, you will appreciate it at an aperitif amongst wine-lovers. After a few years it may accompany grilled fish, Asian cuisine or a flaky pastry cheese feuilletés.

Attractive youthful nose of grapefruit and fresh sage with some leesy complexity. The textural richness of a serious white Burgundy, but with the special freshness of this appellation. Medium-bodied but quite mouth-filling. Very crisp, chalky finish. Fermented and matured two thirds in 400-liter oak barrels and one third in small barrels with only a little bit of new oak. Sustainable. Drink or hold.
