Manincor Estate Winery in Caldaro is one of the largest in all of Alto Adige. And also one with some of the richest traditions: grapes have been grown here for more than four hundred years, a tradition which Count Michael Goëss-Enzenberg continues – along new paths that are actuality old.

La Manina….The little hand, a baby Contessa – a field blend of younger vines from Terlano.

Delicate fruity aromas of quince, pear and honeydew melon combine with floral honey and a hint of anise. Refreshing fruit pairs with fine acidity and stimulating piquancy. Light dishes support its floating character.
