Domaine Des Herbauges story begins in 1864. The vineyards of the Domaine des Herbauges are part of the estate of the Château de la Sénaigerie.

Tasting notes: Great aperitif wine with ample citrus and undertones of peach. This chardonnay is  supple but ever gets too rich or supple on the palette. It has a nice touch of freshness on the finish to keep drawing you in for another sip.

Food pairing: Grilled fish, lobster roll, classic mussels dish with wine wine and herbs, smoked or grilled salmon, and chicken with a creamy sauce.
