Entirely hand-harvested and only indigenous yeasts used. Fermented and matured in stainless steel thermo-regulated vats.
Soil: Clay-limestone with a vine age of 40 years on average.
Nectarine & petrol aromas, ripe apple, papaya, melon and lime zest and a few of the flavors you will encounter on the palette. Medium-bodied with tense acidity, and firm mineral notes.
