Bright yellow with green components; typical Veltliner spice with peppery-herbaceous notes, dry, with fine fruit acidity and of medium-weight stature - a classic-fine Veltliner from loess soil. Preferred accompaniment to typical Austrian home cooking, from the Brettljause to the juicy roast pork with Waldviertel dumplings, from Wiener Schnitzel to fried chicken. Gets along just as well with numerous fish and cheese dishes.
