This complex, powerful, full-bodied wine has aromas and flavors of honey, toast, white flowers and white-fleshed fruit. It will develop favorably in the bottle for 15 to 20 years. Serve with haute cuisine dishes such as shellfish à la nage, fish and pastas in cream sauce and pâtés.
