Chateau Mourgues du Gres Fleur d'Eglantine Rose 2019Fleur d'Eglantine gets its name from its acidulous freshness and its luminous colour, reminiscent of the petals of the wild roses that surround our vinyards. It's a delicate rosé, airy and acidic, which unites floral aromas and crunchy red berries.
Chateau des Bormettes Côtes de Provence Rosé 2019The blend of this cuvée is mainly composed of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) drop juice, macerated on the skins for 6 hours. The harvest is mainly done at night, in order to maintain the aromatic potential of the wine. The nose blends red fruits with stone fruits, with a hint of citrus. It develops apricot, floral and minerality notes. The wine is supple, fleshy but still dry from the aperitif to the cheese, with tapas, or to pair grilled fish or white meat, pizzas and Asian food.
Château-de-Pourcieux Côtes de Provence Rosé 2019In a pale litchi shade, this rosé offers an expressive nose with fruity notes (peach, lychee, pomelo) and floral notes. The intense mouth is also declined on persistent notes of fruit (pomelo, lychee, raspberry) and leaves a final all in freshness.
Chateau d'Esclans Garrus Rose 2017In 2006, Château d'Esclans produced for the first time a few barrels of rosé from a vineyard of 80-years-old vines atop a hill in provence. A new chapter had begun in the world of rosé. Grapes are selected from vines that grow from parcels of superior quality. The best quality lots bearing old vines consisting primarily of Grenache and Rolle.
Domaine Isle Saint Pierre Rose 2019We discovered the Isle Saint Pierre wines through our friends Karina and Guillaume Lefevre of Domaine du Sulauze, home of the famed Pomponette Pink! Isle Saint-Pierre is a small island in the middle of the Rhône river, located 25km south of Arles and 15km away from the Mediterranean in the heart of the Camargue region. In 1927, Parisian wine merchant Pierre Chassaing founded Domaine Isle Saint-Pierre and devoted himself to cultivating vines and raising sheep. A few vines remains from that time, together with a flock of 200 sheep that provides the manure needed to nourish the vines. The proximity to the water means that the island enjoys a coastal climate (with a cooling influence from the nearby bodies of water) and deep, well draining sedimentary soils comprised of sand and silt. Sustainably Farmed.
